1. Overview

This website, iamlune.com, is operated by Lune Bottle Online Seller, a business registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("LUNE", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it. We may change prices, offers and products at any time, and we may limit quantities per customer.

3. Product images and colours

We make every effort to show our products accurately. However, product photos and videos are for illustration. Lighting, photography, editing and your screen settings can make colours and finishes look slightly different from the real product, and small shade variations between production batches can occur. Minor differences of this kind are not considered a defect. If the product you receive is clearly a different colorway from the one you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.

4. Product performance and use

Performance figures such as how long drinks stay cold or hot are based on normal use and may vary with conditions such as starting temperature, how full the bottle is and how often it is opened. Use the product only for its intended purpose and follow the care and safety instructions on the product page and in the package. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, accidents, alterations or not following those instructions.

5. Pre-orders

Items sold as pre-orders are paid for at the time of ordering and dispatched by the date shown on the product page. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If we do not ship by the stated date, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or orders placed for resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete. If a delivery fails because the details provided are wrong or no one is available after the courier's attempts, we may charge for re-delivery. Delivery times given after dispatch are estimates. Please check your order on arrival and tell us within 7 days if anything is missing or damaged, so we can fix it quickly.

8. Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the product passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

9. Returns and exchanges

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural events, government action, port or customs delays, or carrier disruptions. This does not affect your right to cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund if it is not shipped by the stated date.

12. Your content

If you tag or mention LUNE on social media, we may ask your permission to share your post. We will only reshare your photos or videos with your permission and will credit you.

13. Your information

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

14. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, videos, text, and the LUNE name and branding, belongs to LUNE or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

15. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
