Refund policy

Pre-orders

LUNE bottles from our first production run are sold as pre-orders and ship by 20 November 2026. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. If we do not ship your order by 20 November 2026, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us and we will process it.

Returns and exchanges

You may return or exchange an unused LUNE bottle within 14 days of delivery. For a return, we refund you in full. For an exchange, we send a different colorway instead, subject to availability. The bottle must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. To start, reply to your order confirmation email or message us through our contact form with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your bottle arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the colorway you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
