Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free across the UAE for a limited time during our first run. Any future change applies only to orders placed after that change.

Pre-order dispatch

LUNE bottles from our first production run are pre-orders and are dispatched by 20 November 2026. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If we do not ship by 20 November 2026, you are entitled to a full refund. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout, as the courier will use them to reach you.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days anywhere in the UAE.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking details when your order is dispatched. If you have not received either, check your spam folder or contact us.
